1948 Fonseca VP

Every so slightly darker than the 1947 Quinta do Noval Nacional tasted prior, and very clear. Very faint in the aroma, with a little bit of candied fruit. There is also a light off aroma. Nice and powerful in flavor compared to that Noval, with pleasant fruit. Medium-light body, but building. More red fruit later, and a nice finish. 94 points.
