"JS" stencilled on Madeira bottle

Does anyone know what this stencilled initial (JS) means (on very old bottles).
I'm speculating that it stands for "Jardim da Serra" which was part of the Camara de Lobos area and hence it's probably a sercial.
I'm trying to plan what food to serve with this bottle.
Can anybody help?
Thanks.

Try serving it with foie gras.

My concern is that the wine is completely dry - if so, I'm not sure it will make the best match with foie gras. Possibly a mushroom consommé - truffle scented even better.
Was wondering if the 'JS' helps to identify the style.
