For The Love Of Port

As July is coming to an end, we need suggestions for the next theme. I did suggest in another topic to just open a nice bottle of Port to celebrate the 3 years of the BB. Does that seems alright for everyone or should we focus more on a specific tasting?

One thing is sure, trying to get technical like the July one, is not too popular :)
