New Portuguese President was elected today

There were National elections in Portugal and although the President does not have much power per se, (Prime Minister does) it is still a very prestigious post and does carry some weight within the country. Mario and some others on this board who are from Portugal can and hopefully will share their impressions of the new President and how they see Portugal changing under the new party rule.
