Has Otima replaced Warre's Aged Tawnies?

Post by Mike Kerr »

Just wondering. The only tawnies I ever see available are the Otimas, but I know they are a relatively new product.

The Otima 10 year Tawny has been around for quite a few number of years. The 20 year old Otima on the other hand, is only in the USA for 2 years now. Great stuff for a 20 year old.

Warre does still make their "classic" 10 and 20 year old Ports as far as I know. The Sir William 10 year old Tawny Port is named after the Sir, born in 1784, who fought in the Peninsular campaigns under the Duke of Wellington.

They also still make the Warre 20 year old Tawny Port too.
