Best food/wine experience

I thougth it would be nice to hear about folks best experience with Portuguese wine/port and food.
I sincerely believe that a lot of Portuguese wines are specialy good with food, and Port, well you know :)
For me I'd say that Niepoort Tiara 2006 with some grilled scallops served with lemon infusion was simply perfect.
