[Madeira @ Plumpjack's (San Francisco)]: Medium caramel colored. Some VA. Complex, nice bitterness, some brown butter. Really fans out on the finish. Tangy, savory and spicy. Lingering and gorgeous, with an exotic wintergreen note. (93)
