I found on the internet this article (please find it below) with this funny title :)

My husband went kicking and screaming to the Portuguese restaurant...
My husband went kicking and screaming to the Portuguese restaurant...until he discovered the seafood. Then he was a happy camper. However a Peruvian place wasn't as satisfactory.
When I asked my husband if he was willing to try Sol e Mar Restaurant, 900 E. Atlantic Blvd., Pompano Beach, he wasn't enthusiastic. I told him it's serves Portuguese food, and I don't think he had any idea what that meant. But he agreed to go.
He was pleased to see all sorts of steak on the menu. But it was the garlic shrimp appetizer that won his heart (like the best scampi you ever had but much better). Then there was the mariscada. Priced at $24, it seemed a little high compared to the rest of the menu until the adorable waitress told us "that serves two." We jumped at it. Lobster, shrimp, clams in a flavorful broth served with rice. It was lovely. Sop up that sauce with bread. MMMM.
There's a wine list with a reasonably priced selection of those drinkable vinho verdes. You feel like you are dining in someone's home. I like this place and hope they'll show me how to make the garlic shrimp so I can show you in the food section. The owner Peter said they might be willing to work with me. Let's hope.
