Quinta do Marco VP 1983

Recently I purchased Quinta do Marco (Noval) Single Quinta VP 1983 at liquor store in Hopewell NJ. The guy told me that in those days when a container of Noval port was shipped they threw in these bottles as "Stuffers". They happen to be numbered.

I found very little on this Quinta, can anyone shed some light?
