Bottled 2008, gifted to me in January 2009. Not sure why it's sat around for 11 months!
Light marzipan nose, some other nice smells I can't put me finger on. Red-brown fading to the rim. In the mouth, warm texture but fairly light. Balanced sweetness, prominent acidity and heat which I think works - refreshing, and gives a lingering spicy finish, will pop in the fridge to test. I'd say on par with a decent 10 year old tawny. Good stuff.

A bottle not often seen here in the States, and I can't recall off the top of my head ever seeing a TN on it, so thanks and I'm glad you liked it.

I have one of these that I brought back with me from the Quinta in 2008... dunno what I'm saving it for, sounds like I should just enjoy it!
