I've had a good number of VPs from 85 and for me the Fonseca and Graham's are tops, with the Graham's being more developed. The Taylor is also delicious, but not up to the level of those two IMO.

1x 2007 Quarles Harris VP (to replace the one I just finished drinking )
1x Quarles Harris 10yr Tawny (never had a QH tawny before)

That's one way to decide to pop a bottle!

I would have to agree. A few days of air have given the nose a more lifted quality and the heat is nicely integrated. Great stuff - I'm already down to about a third of the bottle
