Hi there - thanks for the information. It's definitely 'Crusted Port' - the labels (plain white) read:

'GC Logo'
Established 1797
Gould Campbell
Crusted Port
Bottled in 1980
Produce of Portugal
Imported by The I.W.B.C. Ltd., Ombersley, Worcestershire
