2001 Warre Quinta da Cavadinha Vintage Port

The aroma still shows primary characteristics, with herbs and eucalyptus, and some orange as well, and a little watermelon. Very juicy jammy cherry berry flavor. This rivals the 1980, but the tannins are concerning. There are some, but are there enough to go the distance? Lemon and orange aroma become more dominant later. The finish is medium-long and warm. Good now. 93-94 points.
