Recommendations for touring Ireland

In addition to a trip to Portugal this year, my wife and I are also interested in visiting Ireland.

I'm looking for recommendations for a tour company. I'm interested in a small group, attention to detail, great experiences not generally available to the public, excellent meals, good lodging. I'm perfectly capable of driving around and stopping at the major tourist spots myself. I'm looking for an experience that is superior to what I could arrange on my own.

Basically, if Roy did tours of Ireland, that's what I'm looking for.

Sure this is a bit off topic, but this is a large and well traveled group, perhaps some of you can offer advice.
