10 Year Old Tawny Port by Ferreira

Post by Michael M. »

Orange to red colour, nose of dried fruits, toffee, little alcohol. On the palate well structured, additional cedar, little lime with a long and fresh aftertaste. I love this Tawny!

Michael,

I'm glad to see your enthusiasm for one of the truly beautifully made 10 year old Tawny Ports, which gets so little attention.

As fine as the 10 year old, the 20 year old is exponentially better. But both represent some of the best juice in their respective categories!
Ambition driven by passion, rather than money, is as strong an elixir as is Port. http://www.fortheloveofport.com

Roy,

your enthusiasm for the Braganca was one reason for buying some bottles of this one too :) . I am already looking foward for an accasion to try the Braganca.
