Bom Dia José,
Nice to see you back here again. In the USA, Porto Cruz is never seen on the shelves and I don't know if it is even imported here. I have only had this while in Portugal and I realize it is one of the most commercialized and best selling inexpensive brands there. I thought the Cruz was simple and had nice fruit and only had it by the glass in a restaurant. I have also had their Ruby while on a boat ride on the Douro around the Entreposto. It will be interesting to see if some of the guys from the UK know this brand and to learn if it is indeed, exported to England.

Ambition driven by passion, rather than money, is as strong an elixir as is Port. http://www.fortheloveofport.com

Here in Québec we have a few Cruz including the LBV and Vintage. As said above, this is the big brand for the French. I've tasted only their Vintage 89 as a friend of mine thought he had made a great deal paying 25$ can for a Vintage Port. Well... it's the price of an LBV and it's the quality of an LBV, though some LBV are better.
Living the dream and now working for a Port company
