TN: 1970 Messias Vintage Port

Decant: 4 hours - Crystal clear but light in colour and with a distinctly orange rim. A subdued nose, enjoyable with all spice and redcurrants. The texture is surprisingly thin and watery, fiercely acidic with bitter cranberries dominating. The bitter acidicty also dominates the aftertaste. Not a pleasant port. 85 points
