Decant: 1 hour - Bottled 1978. Darkest of the three wines on the night, but still quite light in colour although with plenty of red / brown body. Wonderful nose, full of sweet dates and bitter quince. Thisck texture, which coats the mouth with flavour. Quinces everywhere, but still even gently tannic! Blanced bitter citrus orange with brown sugar. Long and lovely aftertaste,big and flavoursome with bitter-sweet marmalade lingering a long time. 89 points
