Decant: 2½ hours - From a rewaxed bottle, with a mid-shoulder fill. Deep ochre in colour, clearly mature, 40% opaque. A nose of orange and marzipan. Thick texture, full bodied and rich on the palate; nutmeg and cinnamon over a deep, sweet grapefruit acidity. Big aftertaste of black treacle and burnt sugar. Delicious to drink, fireside sipping port. 91 points
