Roy: The fill levels are excellent. I purchased roughly 2 cases in the late 1990s/early 2000s, just a few years after the 1994 was released, after tasting a bottle at a Nacional vertical and absolutely loving it. 6 bottles came from a small wine shop in St. Andrews, Scotland (I went there on a weekend trip to pick up the case personally), close to a case came from the old Sam's Wine shop in Chicago, before it changed hands, and a few bottles came from other reputable shops in the US. I will be sure to try to pull the best looking bottles for FTLOPers!

Theo,

Please note that I was not questioning your integrity, but protecting it. Thanks for your candor.

11 bottles of 1994 Nacional are now safely resting in my temperature controlled space. [yahoo.gif]

Thanks to Theo for a very smooth and convenient transfer, and even a ride to the airport! :thanks:

Hopefull we can get together in the next few months at Andy's, and get these to their rightful owners.

You're welcome, Glenn. It was really no trouble at all, as Theo made it very easy for me.

If anyone is interested in purchasing additional bottles of the 1994 Noval Nacional, I have several available from the same collection as my original offering last year, for $750 apiece, including shipping within the US, or $700 apiece if you can pick them up from me in NYC or provide your own shipping label. There is a 2-bottle minimum. I also have several bottles of the 1997 NN and 2003 NN available for the same price. Please send me a PM if you have any interest, and kind regards.

Welcome back Kotter. Don't disappear on us Theo!

Still amazing pricing on the 1994's. The 1997 is also over the top great. I've only had the 2003 a half dozen times and it just keeps getting better and better. Need a new impression though. [friends.gif]

I am in for the 1994 if possible. If I take two will you cut the shipping in half?
I already have a 97 and I just put a 2003 on order, so I would probably want two 94's or a 94 and a 97.
sounds like a great opportunity!

That's great Russ! If you let me know what you want I'll put them aside for you. If you can provide a prepaid shipping label it's $700 a bottle. Otherwise for 2 bottles with my picking up the shipping I can do $1450 - thanks for asking. I prefer payment through my PayPal account - send me a PM so we can make final arrangements!
