randomguy,
If the CIA are after you they will find you anyway
I agree with "johnsondo" (who also needs to sort his profile out

) - you need to chill or wrap yourself in tinfoil put a lock on your fridge :?
It is 2 minutes before August here so hopefully you will pick this up. I sincerely hope you will come back.

I'll also add my support to the move to persuade "randomguy" to register. As far as I am aware, all Roy is asking ti have in your profile is your name and rough location.
If you are concerned, then make your location vague, but accurate enough that people will know roughly where you are - you already say Silicon Valley, California and I would have thought that was close enough.
So then your name - if you really want to remain semi-anonymous then give us your first name but not your surname (or vice versa). At least its more friendly than calling you "randomguy". You've posted some interesting things and taken part in a number of the virtual tastings and I would prefer to see you continue.
Thanks,
Alex

As a security professional, I'll chime in that Random guy DOES have legitimate concerns, especially if his name is unusual like 'Ted Demopoulos,' 'Zaphod Beeblebrox," or "Seth Godin." Now if he's another "John Smith" or even "Jon Smythe," no concerns.
Nonetheless, I support Roy's policy - it is HIS board after all.
Back to Port!
I voted No - VP is my favorite, and it's what many of us obsess over. I like reading about other Ports as well of course, but the balance is about right for me
