In 2007 it was discussed on this forum: Dow 1896 Nebuchadnezzar (20 bottles).

Yes, and without re-reading it, it has since been spoken about between a number of us here and decided it's a very dodgy bottle in terms of how it was done, there is a high likelihood at least one of the bottles used was bad thus damaging the whole newer larger bottle, and that we should stay far away from it unless there is a guarantee of a refund if it's bad. It took just over two years for the IVDP to accede to my request to allow big bottles.
Those interested in such matters might enjoy comparing to the UK Debt Management Office (manager of the UK government’s debt), which has just decided no longer to create a temporary WI security, some 17.6 years after I first suggested same. It takes special skill to make Portuguese bureaucracy look speedy.
