For The Love Of Port

Decant: Not Known - Pale red in colour and with a deep brown centre. A lively and spicy nose with some of the alcohol showing through. Very hollow initially in the mouth but develops some good flavours eventually. The spirit is not wholly integrated and the tannins have more or less gone. The aftertaste is softly fruity, very sweet and quite long but does have some harsh notes in it. This was served blind and I guessed it to be the Graham 1975. 86 points
