TN: 1960 Dow Vintage Port

Decant: Not Known - Middling in colour; looking mature but not tired. Fairly closed on the nose, with some spicy redcurrant. Lovely texture and full flavour, but quite straightforward and without much complexity. Drawing some air over the wine does allow more complexity to develop. The aftertaste takes time to arrive, but the finish is very impressive and seems to grow bigger the longer you wait! 90 points
