TN: 1966 Graham Vintage Port

Post by Al B. »

Decant: 5 hours - Deeper in colour than the Dow '66 standing next to theis glass with a dark centre that holds in to the rim. A sweet nose with a rich depth of all spice and rich fruit cake topped with marzipan. A dryer entry than expected with a still tannic structure around which is wrapped a sweet cherry coating that just keeps changing shape as you hold it in your mouth. An aftertaste that just glides around the toungue and cheeks and never quite finishes. Just simply a super port and one which has a lot of life left ahead of it yet. 8/9. 94 points
