Decant: 36 hours - Pure red, through to the rim. Fruity nose, blackcurrants and a touch of tobacco. Very smooth into the mouth. Restrained and elegant with fruit up front and tannins obvious in the midpalate. Slight burn on swallowing, with a long tannic finish. 92 points
