Decant: 48 hours - Deeply coloured, a red just starting to show a touch of mahogany. A couple of hours out of the bottle this had a very fruit dominated nose, showing blackcurrants and brambles everywhere. 2 days after decanting the nose had changed to a much more delicate bramble and all spice, fainter but also much more complex. Rich and flavoursome, full of bramble fruit and nutmeg but with so much else going on. The aftertaste is just fantastic, big and just so enjoyable. Delicious and becoming better with more time in the bottle. 91 points
