Decant: 6 hours - Deep red, bright and with a pale pink rim. The nose is intriguing and complex, just the right mix between fruit and sweetness. Sweet and initially poised on the tongue but then this wine releases a real burst of acidity. Fortunately the acidity fades back to leave awonderful blood orange and sweet redcurrant set of flavours that play all over the tongue. This really is a lovely palate. But all of this is let down by the aftertaste - there just isn't one! 91 points
