Decant: 3 hours - Deep red, but with a clear centre and an orange rim. Quince rind on the nose, with a touch of coffee. Smooth and reasonably sweet in the mouth, but lacking in fruit. Good texture, but sourness and heat show through. The aftertaste starts small but suddenly grows to be big and mouthfilling but vanishes just as quickly. 81 points
