TN: 1983 Warre Vintage Port

Decant: Not known - Very pale red with a transparent centre and briking on the rim. A sweet nose of toffee apples. Very balanced on entry, mature and with wonderful integration of the fruit and tannins. The mid-palate complexity takes time to show through, but really rewards patience. A big aftertaste with lots of licorice root all over it. An excellent bottle. 93 points
