Tasted around November 5, 2010. Can't really remember. TN from memory:

I've had the 2003 quite a few times, as it is a cheap and enjoyable LBV. Now it has been replaced by the 2005 in Norwegian stores, and offers quite an upgrade, so to speak. To me this was a bit drier, better acidity, not that much of the sweet cherry and caramel, but a more spicy and woody character. Very good even from the first sample before decanting. Decanting makes the alcohol blow off a little bit, and gives it a much more velvety feeling.
The 2003 is still good, but I always thought it was a bit sweet and could use more complexity and acid, seems my prayers have been heard. I really like this wine, a perfect everyday quality Port. 90/100.
