NV Niepoort Dum Ruby Port

Tasted at the Niepoort lodge in Vila Nova de Gaia on 04-OCT-2010 as part of the 2010 Port Harvest Tour.
My notes from the Niepoort lodge are somewhat lacking due to fatigue.
Niepoort Dum Ruby Port
Ruby/garnet color. Faint smoke on the nose. Sweet, simple. Decent tannins.
Score: 83 points. Not much to say - it's a basic ruby. Seemed odd that Niepoort chose to serve it to one of Roy's tour groups.
