Tasted at Porto Quevedo in S. João da Pesqueira on 06-OCT-2010 as part of the 2010 Port Harvest Tour.
1975 Quevedo Colheita
Color: Dark brown with hints of red.
Nose: Slate and some other mineral that I can't quite place.
Palate: Cinnamon, brown sugar, figs. Remarkably, still a few tannins. Excellent concentration.
Finish: Christmas-like, but not exactly Christmas spices.
Score: 94 points. Wonderfully complex. This is dessert all by itself!
