At this tasting, this was one of the most aromatic wines upon decanting, with lots of dried fruit aromas, like fig. The color was red-orange, as this was also the most developed and mature of the bunch. The dried fruit aromas continued when drinking, and added in prune, which was also there in the mouth. This was the warmest Port of the tasting, with plenty of alcohol, but it wasn't too harsh. This was good on its own, but the weakest of the bunch for pairing with any food. I was surprised how developed this was for a 1991--it drank more like a 1977. Maybe it was just this particular bottle, but if this one is indicative, I would drink them up. 89 points.
