What? Where??? I check the wine dept at the Issaquah Costco every time I'm there and I've never seen the Portal 20-yr old there. Am I just blind?Roy Hersh wrote:We have had Quinta do Portal 20 year old Tawny here for a year or so now.

All i get is the Bin 27, and from time to time the Kirkland 10 year.Andrew E wrote:All we ever get in Everett is Bin 27 and Otima 10 - blech.
I did enjoy the Kirkland/Fonseca 10 year, but that has already disappeared.
I probably should've bought a case considering it's price, but too late now.
I hope you bought. That's a great price for any 20 Year Old Tawny!Brian C. wrote:I saw Graham's 20 year offered at $30 today at Costco. I saw some bottled in 2009 and some bottled in 2011, pulling up a few randomly.
Considering it's the price of most 10 year old tawny's it's a pretty good deal. And IMO I would rather have this than some 10 year olds for around the same price. But obviously everyone has different likes and dislikes so YMMV.Brian C. wrote:I had this before and I was relatively indifferent about it. I just mention it because there might be others who like it better. Also, I wonder if this deal is a sign of things to come in the overall market.
