1975 Cockburn Vintage Port

Decant: 3 days - Burnt ochre in colour, 40% opaque. Mild coffee and dust on the nose. Sweet coffee impact, mildly acidic with a pleasant bitter sloe fruit flavour. Nice length to the afteraste, dominated by the sloes. Enjoyable, and mature. 85 points
