1970 Fonseca Vintage Port

Decant: 6 hours - Deepest of the flight, 90% opaque. Nose of raspberry jam and a slight hint of dust. Tannins dry the cheeks but the flavours are full and fruity. This shows well on the palate. A good wine, with a lovely long finish. This showed well. Served blind, this was guessed to be the Fonseca. 90 points
