2007 Quinta do Passadouro Vintage Port

Decant: Not Known - Purple and youthful, but less intense than the Portal 2007 shown alongside. 2007's characteristic violets and leafiness showing on the nose. Restrained fruit on entry, lots of tannin but the fruit does start to dominate late on and grows to impressive levels with deep, black licorice tones underneath. Spicy ginger aftertaste and a long, long finish. Tasty. 89 points
