Decant: 5 hours - Dark red, 99% opaque. Slightly peppery nose, with fresh blackcurrant; suprisingly youthful and a touch aggressive. Watery texture but full flavoured with big levels of fruit and sharp acidity. Good balance, the tannins almost fully integrated. A touch of caramel on the aftertaste and then a big fruit and blackcurrant-skin finish. Delicious, drinking beautifully and a wine that will hold for some years. 89 points
