Decant: 1 hour - 10% opaque; pale gold with a green rim. Medicinal, with a strong nose of rosemary oil. Rosemary dominates the dry impact. Pleasant, light aftertaste with a distinct pine-needle edge. Old, aged and dried out. 82 points
