1970 Taylor Vintage Port

Decant: 6 hours - Soft red colour, showing a touch of burnt sienna; 70% opaque. Strange nose, a little soapy - not attractive. Sweet entry, but with a harsh undertone and soapiness showing through the fruity palate. Not attractive on the palate. Heat shows on the finish. Served blind, and guessed to be the Taylor. 85 points
