2003 Quevedo LBV Port -- Unfiltered

Been sipping on this the past few days and it showed its best on day 2 and 3. Rich smooth plums and are quickly overtaken by lots of dusty dry tannins that then give way to blackberries and cocoa. Just the slightest bit of youthful spirit is still present on the finish, which continues to integrate nicely since I first tried this LBV. A warming and pleasant finish lingering just below the surface caps off a well made LBV. I need to stop drinking these as my stash is getting dangerously low and I really want to age some of these longer term...but it's so good it's hard to stop drinking them.

I have six of these that I'm desperately trying to forget that I have so that they can age for at least 10 years. I'm almost there! Your TN sounds really good, though... so tempting...
