For The Love Of Port

I hope Portugal's financial issues get resolved successfully. Yet somehow, I cannot help but feel that a change in economic direction is destined for partial and temporary success at best unless it is accompanied at the individual level by a change in consciousness. In the end, macroeconomic problems are symptomatic of individual lack of self control expressed outwardly - and the resolution to that issue cannot be legislated, since change ultimately can come only from within.
