I saw that Andy had posted a note for this which reminded me that I hadn't got around to posting this one.
3 hr decant
Some vanilla and white pepper on the nose as well as a little allspice and cinnamon. Elegant but with lovely weight on the palate with some initial sweetness, plum, white pepper again and spice. Finishes slightly hot, but not excessively so. Perhaps a little short on the finish but very enjoyable - 91 points

Nice note Paul. How long was this consumed for after the 3 hours decant? I ask as that seems a bit short on the time frame and could explain the heat you got on the finish.

Most of it was consumed over 3 to 4 hrs, but there was some left over for the next night and it was pretty similar even after 24 hrs.
I've got another couple of bottles of this so I will give the next one a longer decant and see what happens.

If it didn't blow off after 24 hours I'd say it was just a bit of bottle variation from mine then.
