It's always educational to try different formats to get a good gauge on how a wine is progressing. I've had 750's and mags of this, and a couple 1/2 bottles as well. Though it's been a while for this smaller format. I can report the fruit is still showing no signs of fading but the oak is now just barely perceptible and has integrating nicely, with just a touch of vanilla on the finish. The tannins are starting to soften but the minerality hasn't missed a beat. I would recommend leaving 750's of this for another couple years and if you have mags, well, don't touch them for another 5+ years.
