Decant: 3 hours - Light in colour, the colour of burnt sugar, 10% opaque. Asian spices on the nose, lots of lemon grass and lime. Smooth texture on entry, with a slow developing richness that brings a delicious elegance of toasted orange and brown sugar. Hot and fiery aftertaste, with a long finish of heat and burnt sugar. 90 points
