2010 Quinta do Vesuvio Vintage Port

Decant: 24 hours - Denser on the rim than the Ribeira. A little more expressive on the nose than the previous day, dominated by dense fruit. Rich and concentrated on the palate; powerful, sweet fruit with well surprisingly subdued tannins. Very fruit forward on the palate, but with good acidity. Some heat on the immediate aftertaste, followed by a long and concentrated blackcurrant finish. Very good indeed. 91 points
