TN: 1846 Avery's Terrantez Vintage Madeira

Dark, but less so than Borges or Cossart Gordon. Medium deep nose of dried apricots, lime peel and a little cloves. Not as full in mouth as Borges or Cossart Gordon. Peach and apricot flavors with cloves. Excellent acidity. Long finish dominated by cloves. Nose 18.5/19, taste 19 with overall score 19. After 4 hours nose is fading, but total score still 19/20.
