TN: 1862 H.M. Borges Terrantez Vintage Madeira

Dark, but slightly less than Rutherrford & Miles. Rich complex nose of dates, prunes, cloves, orange peel and B&B. With time hint of processed coconut. On palate medium-big body, prune flavors followed by herbs, some nuts , some citrus and very good activity. Long, complex, harmonious finish. Nose 19, taste 19, total score 19/20. After 5 hours similar bouquet and flavors, but fading slightly to 19 - and then 18. (3/12).
