1963 Royal Oporto Vintage Port
A murky dark tea. The nose was tight and hard to discern. Noticeably sweet with a big entry. Tobacco, dried fruit, a very tannic yet persistent finish. Just a touch of spirit and lacking a shade of complexity for a better score, this was a pleasant surprise.
